Great location near Termini Station. Many dining options, laundries, cafes, and supermarkets nearby. Friendly and helpful staff who recommended fantastic restaurants. Clean and cozy room. Convenient for using the metro. Quiet surroundings and a bonus of a well-behaved dog in the lobby. I would stay here again for the perfect location and excellent service.

Perfect location: The hotel is just a stone's throw away from the main train station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. We were able to easily walk to all the major attractions in Rome.

Lack of amenities: The hotel lacks basic amenities such as room service, ice, iron, and microwave. This was quite inconvenient for us as we had to go out every time we needed something.

The value for money at Robinson was impressive, with a spotless room and a comfortable bed for a great price. The location was incredibly convenient, just a minute away from the train station, making it easy to explore the city. I recently stayed at Hotel Robinson for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The location was incredibly convenient, just a minute away from Termini station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff, particularly Mahmoud at the reception, were extremely polite and accommodating. The owner, Mr. Antonio, personally greeted us and made us feel like we were visiting family. The hotel also offered great wifi and even had a super cute dog. Highly recommended for a comfortable and friendly stay.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and welcoming, it really made my stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, just a few steps away from the main train station. Being able to easily access public transportation and explore the city was a huge plus. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel. They made sure to clean my room every day, which is not always the case in smaller hotels.

There were some issues with the air conditioning and the door locker didn't work, which made accessing my room a hassle. However, after speaking with the owner, they were able to switch me to a well-maintained room without any of the previous problems.
